Acceptance

By signing in to Mail Triage ("the Service") with your Google account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service reads new email in your Gmail account, uses an AI model to classify its urgency and draft a suggested reply, and alerts you via Slack and/or WhatsApp (if connected) or the dashboard. Nothing is sent from your Gmail account without your explicit Send action. Drafted replies are AI-generated — review them before sending; you are responsible for anything you choose to send.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to violate any law, to send unlawful, abusive, or unsolicited content, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.

No warranty

The Service, including AI-generated classifications and drafts, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that classifications are accurate, that drafted replies are appropriate to send as-is, or that the Service will be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mail Triage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including from email content you choose to send based on an AI-generated draft.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone violating these terms or misusing the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the update.
